Settling a dispute is fundamentally about saving time: reaching agreements today on matters that might otherwise take the justice system years to resolve.
And while financial and legal aspects are essential technical tools, often managed with the aid of AI, disputes begin and end with people. That’s why we put human beings at the center of our actions.
But settling a dispute is not the end of it. After resolution, we help leaders create more inner balance to bring about a world with less litigation.

Mohamed Toumi graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (Class of 2002) and holds a Master in Political Economy from the Paris School of Economics (2006).
After nearly 20 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur, an investor, an investment banker and a government advisor, he founded Balanscale in 2024 to focus on what he loves most: resolving disputes and helping leaders learn from a litigation.
